"The Crofters Cottage" lies at Ringøy, 10 km from Kinsarvik. The house is situated on the hillside among rows of fruit trees and with a beautiful view over the Hardangerfjord. The house was refurbished in 2006. It's updeted with equipment like dishwasher, washing machine, shower and heated floors. The old wooden walls are still standing, showing a bit of Norwegian history. Ringøy is a good startingpoint for exploring the Hardangerfjord and its surroundings.

The cottage “Drengestova” is located at an old trading post from 1880 in Graaten, Lofthus. The building was renovated in 1994. Is picturesquely situated by Sørfjorden, 3 km north of Lofthus, 7 km south of Kinsarvik. Sleeping places for 3-4 persons. Sheltered from all traffic and has cherry trees as its closest neighbours. Hagali in Hellelandsgarden has a fantastic view over the Hardangerfjord and Folgefonna. It is 2 km to Lofthus center and 8 km to Kinsarvik. Hagali is surrounded by orchards. The house was built in 1929 by Johannes Lutro as a holiday home for the family. He was a merchant in Bergen. Hagali is close to Skredhaugen, an idyllic museum with a nice collection of old houses from Hardanger. It is short distance to the Hardangerfjord where you can go fishing.

Ulsnes farm lies 7 km north of Kinsarvik and 22 km south of Eidfjord by route 13. The farm is situated where the three fjords meet. The place has fantastic views.
