Tuesdays in July from 12 to 15 o'clock you can meet local ladies showing you the art of making "krotakaker"- a type of local griddle cakes. The traditional baking takes place in the "eldhus"(cookhouse), a part of Hardanger folk museum open air section. Product tasting and sale. Other traditional handicrafts will also be demonstrated.
